New York State Archaeological Conference Deadlines
Please keep the following dates in mind if you are planning on coming to the conference.
April 7, 2023 - This is the final date you can qualify for the conference room rate of $129 per night (taxes & fees apply) at the Crowne Plaza Suffern - Mahwah Hotel where the conference is being held. The reservation phone number is 845-357-4800. The group Code is SAA.
April 10, 2023 - If you wish to participate in the meal plan and/or the banquet dinner, your reservation and meal selection must be received by Wayne Knapp before this date. We need to provide the total number of meal orders to the hotel on April 10th. After that date you can send in your registration form, however, you will not be able to participate in the meal plan. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Send registration forms to:

Book Room Tables - Tables need to be reserved before April 14, 2023.
Posters - If you need an easel for your poster, you need to reserve it by April 14, 2023. There are a limited number of easels available at the hotel.
