Sharon Assmus passed away on Friday August 14!

It with the heaviest of hearts that I let everyone know that our beloved Sharon Assmus passed away on Friday. Unbeknownst to most she had been fighting cancer and succumbed quickly to the disease over the last couple of months.
Sharon served for many years as an Orange County Chapter officer, and was part of the foundation that our chapter "family" was built on. Her devotion to her husband Fred, the chapter, the State association and those closest to her was extraordinary and brought her the greatest joy. Her wit, humor, love and support will be irreplaceable. We love her and will miss her dearly.
